Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Creonox during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Creonox and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to services at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
